As Avon’s first woman CEO, it’s safe to say Jung has had lots of good fortune. From her executive office high up in a Manhattan skyscraper, the child of Chinese American immigrants quite literally sits at the top of the world.

With a business that generated 600 million dollars in 2008, the 51-year-old entrepreneur boasts over 150 derivative products, 72 boutiques, 35 distributors, and a presence in over 140 countries.
